Biography
I am an M.S. student in Data Science & Machine Learning at the University of California San Diego (expected June 2028), and a Research Assistant in the Existential Robotics Laboratory. I received my B.S. in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from UCSD in 2026, completing the degree in two years with a 3.83 GPA.
Previously, I was a Software Engineer Intern at Qualcomm Institute, working on retrieval-augmented AI systems and sensor-to-inference pipelines. I also served as Event Director for ACM AI at UCSD, leading 18 AI/ML workshops and events for 100+ students.
My research interests include:
- Robot learning and reinforcement learning.
- Vision-language-action (VLA) models for manipulation.
- SLAM and state estimation.
- Safe control and learning-based safety filters.
Updates
- 09/2026: Started my M.S. in Data Science & Machine Learning at UCSD.
- 07/2026: Inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
- 06/2026: Graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering (Mathematics minor) from UCSD.
- 03/2026: Joined Qualcomm Institute as a Software Engineer Intern.
- 10/2024: Joined the Existential Robotics Laboratory as a Research Assistant, and became Event Director for ACM AI at UCSD.
